January 2025 Fitness Classes

Two New Fitness Classes Scheduled for February 2025

TAI CHI
Joe Shamis will be leading a Tai Chi Class, which he will be held on Fridays at 2pm in the Exercise room beginning February 7. This first Tai Chi class will last four weeks on every Friday in February 2025. The fee is $80 for the four classes. Class size is limited to 8. We will evaluate if we want to continue the class into March.

BALANCE AND STRENGTH CLASS
A Balance and Strength class will also begin on February 5, meeting on Wednesdays at 2pm in the Exercise room.  Emily Smith from Focused Fitness will be the instructor. We will evaluate if we want to continue the class into March. The fee structure will be divided among the number of members in the class.

To register for either class please let Barbara know (barbara@bbraham.com) BEFORE JANUARY 31. She will provide you with further details once registered.
